By using the Monlou Services LLC website or requesting a vehicle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit the site.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Monlou Services LLC provides vehicle rental information and facilitates quotes. Website requests are inquiries only and do not guarantee a booking until we issue a formal confirmation and signed rental agreement.
2. VEHICLE AVAILABILITY
Rentals depend on current inventory. Images are for illustration; the specific model, trim, and color are only guaranteed in your final signed contract. We reserve the right to offer alternatives if your choice is unavailable.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Drivers must provide a valid driver's license, government ID, proof of active insurance, and a valid payment method. All drivers must pass our verification checks. False information results in immediate cancellation.
4. PRICING & FEES
Website prices are estimates. Final rates, deposits, and mileage limits are set in your agreement. Customers are liable for extra costs including late fees, tolls, traffic tickets, refueling, cleaning, or damage.
5. VEHICLE USE & RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles must be operated safely and legally. Prohibited uses include unauthorized drivers, DUI, racing, off-roading, smoking/vaping, or driving outside agreed geographic limits. The renter is responsible for all parking and moving violations.
6. CANCELLATION & ACCIDENTS
Cancellation policies are provided at the time of quote. In the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical failure, you must notify Monlou Services LLC immediately and file required police reports.
7. LEGAL PRINCIPLES
Your signed rental agreement takes precedence over these website terms. Monlou Services LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from website use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
